Garry Griffin has brought an unprecedented level of knowledge and experience to the Bosshardt team since 1989. During his tenure, he has served as a Real Estate Broker, Marketing Director, and Sales Trainer. His many years of dedication and industry knowledge brings incredible value to our company and customers.

Alyssa WhitlockDIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Alyssa Whitlock, a Florida native, has dedicated over eight years to the real estate industry, specializing in property management to deliver the highest standards of service and results. With a solid foundation in sales, marketing, and deep knowledge of property management and landlord laws, Alyssa leads our Gainesville team in managing residential, commercial, and multifamily properties with precision and dedication.

Lanea CurlDIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Lanea Curl began her journey with Bosshardt Property Management 27 years ago. She has excelled in various roles, including administrative support, Assistant Property Manager, and Property Manager, before honing her expertise as our Director of Operations overseeing the Maintenance Division. Lanea is a true leader whose unmatched industry knowledge and dedication make Bosshardt Property Management feel like home.

Kayla UrbanRESIDENTIAL & MULTIFAMILY PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Kayla Urban joined the Bosshardt team in February 2024 and has quickly exceeded all expectations. Known for her attention to detail and quick response time, Kayla expertly manages a portfolio of residential properties in Gainesville, as well as a multifamily property in Downtown Gainesville. She is a dedicated professional who brings exceptional service to every property she oversees.

Emily Quinones-RodriguezRESIDENTIAL PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Emily Rodriguez is a dedicated Property Manager with a passion for real estate and community engagement. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Emily moved to Florida where she quickly fell in love with Florida’s vibrant natural beauty. As an avid hiker, she enjoys exploring the scenic trails of Florida, often accompanied by her beloved cat (yes… cat!) and dog. Recently, Emily has embarked on a new adventure, creating a homestead to blend her love for nature and animals with sustainable living. Known for her professionalism and exceptional customer service skills, Emily is committed to providing outstanding service for all her Bosshardt Property Management customers.

Jill WilliamsCOMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

Meet Jill Williams, our Commercial Property Manager! With more than 12 years of property management experience, Jill brings knowledge, boundless enthusiasm and a genuine passion for nurturing properties to their fullest potential.

Born and raised in Ocala and a proud University of Florida alum, she’s deeply rooted in Florida’s charm. From boating to beach days and jet skiing adventures, Jill embodies the Sunshine State spirit in all she does!

Kayleigh RichASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

Kayleigh is our dedicated Assistant Property Manager, bringing enthusiasm and expertise to our team. Originally from Massachusetts, she relocated to Gainesville to pursue her degree and quickly made an impact when she joined us in 2024 during the height of peak leasing season.

At the corporate office, Kayleigh supports our Residential Property Managers while also assisting with operations at our CCII location off Tower Road. Her attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and marketing expertise have made her an invaluable asset to the team.

When she’s not busy ensuring properties run smoothly, Kayleigh loves exploring new music and traveling with her beloved cat. You might spot her conducting property inspections, coordinating lease renewals, or mingling at resident events. Kayleigh’s dedication and positive energy make her an integral part of our community.

Pamela MorrisonRESIDENTIAL BOOKKEEPER

Pamela has been a valued member of the Bosshardt Property Management team for nearly three years. She ensures owners are paid on time, sends out monthly owner statements, and assists with preparing 1099 tax documents, among other responsibilities. Outside of work, Pamela enjoys gardening and caring for her bees.

Leslie WoodADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Leslie joined our team in April 2024 and has exceeded all expectations. She’s the first welcoming voice you hear on the phone and the friendly face that greets you when you walk through our doors. Leslie is highly organized, loves to stay busy, and is a true team player. When she’s not shining at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
